# Support

Put your contact channels right where customers look for help — in the **footer of every
customer account page**. Email, phone, WhatsApp, a help center link, and a "report a problem"
link, all in one tidy block.

## Where it appears
The footer of every account page (Orders, Order status, Profile). Add the **Optimalify
Support** block once in the editor and it shows across the account area.

## Set it up
1. **Apps → Optimalify → Blocks → Support**.
2. Fill in the fields (below) and set **Status = Active**.
3. **Save**, then add the **Optimalify Support** block in the customer account editor.

## Fields

| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| **Heading** | Section title, e.g. "Need help?" (max 80). |
| **Subtext** | A short line under the heading (max 300). |
| **Support email** | Shown as a `mailto:` link. |
| **Phone** | Shown as a click-to-call link. |
| **WhatsApp** | A WhatsApp number — opens a chat (`wa.me`). |
| **Help center URL** | Link to your help/FAQ pages. |
| **Report a problem URL** | Link to a form or page for issues. |
| **Layout** | How channels are arranged: **List**, **Inline**, **Grid**, or **Buttons**. |
| **Alignment** | **Left** or **Center** (applies to inline/grid layouts). |

Leave any channel blank to hide it — only the fields you fill in appear.

## Tips
- Use **Buttons** layout to make the channels stand out; **List** for a compact look.
- The **Help center URL** is a great place to link *this* help center or your own FAQ.
- Only one Support entry is used at a time; leave the block's **Entry handle** blank to show it.

## Privacy
The Support block shows only the contact details you enter — it reads no customer data.
