# Social links

Send customers to your social profiles — Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest,
LinkedIn, or any other site — from their customer account pages.

## Where it appears
**Order status**, **Orders**, **Profile**, and the **footer**. Add the **Optimalify Social
Links** block wherever you want it in the editor.

## Set it up
1. **Apps → Optimalify → Blocks → Social links**.
2. Add your links (below), set **Status = Active**, and **Save**.
3. Add the **Optimalify Social Links** block in the customer account editor — see
   [Add blocks to your pages](add-blocks-in-editor.md).

## Fields

| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| **Links** | Pick a network (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn) or choose another site, then paste the URL. |
| **Layout** | **List**, **Inline**, or **Grid**. |
| **Alignment** | **Left** or **Center**. |

Every link must be a **full URL starting with `https://`** — for example
`https://instagram.com/yourshop`. The app rejects anything else.

## Tips
- Social links need your input before they show: add at least one link, or the block has
  nothing to display.
- Each placement can show a different entry. Set the block's **Entry handle** in the editor to
  the entry you want there; leave it blank to show your default.
- Use **Inline** for a compact strip in the footer; **Grid** if you list many sites.

## Who sees it, and plans
- **Display conditions** let you show the block only to certain customers (by tag, country, and
  more) — see [Banner placements & targeting](banner-targeting.md).
- The **Free** plan runs **one active block** at a time; **Pro** unlocks all of them.
